Wilson Signs On As Official Ball,
Bag And Glove Of NGA/Hooters Tour

N. Myrtle Beach, SC…The National Golf Association's Hooters Professional Golf Tour, presented by Hooters Restaurants and Naturally Fresh Dressings, Sauces and Dips announces a multi year agreement with Wilson Golf to be the official provider of golf balls, carry bags and golf gloves for the NGA/Hooters Pro Golf Tour.

Wilson Golf BallWilson Golf is a division of Chicago-based Wilson Sporting Goods, one of the world's leading manufacturers of sports equipment. The company focuses on developing technologically advanced products which help average players improve their performance.

PGA Tour veterans Jesper Parnevik, Padraig Harrington and Ben Crenshaw are just a few of the players using Wilson equipment.

We feel their recent PGA player commitments and expansion deeper into the competitive golf market will only lead to a win-win situation for all," said NGA/Hooters Tour President Robin L. Waters. The NGA/Hooters Tour is the 3rd largest 72-hole men's professional golf tour in the country behind the PGA & the Nationwide Tours, and boasts alumni like two time U.S. Open winner Lee Janzen, British Open & PGA Champion John Daly, as well as Tom Lehman, Jim Furyk, David Toms, Franklin Langham and Stewart Cink to name just a few. The NGA/Hooters Tour has helped more than 100 professionals acquire their PGA, Senior PGA, and Nationwide (Buy.com) Tour cards. In fact, 45% of the players that earned their 2003 PGA Tour card, and 50% of the players that earned full exempt status on the Nationwide Tour, started their careers on the NGA/Hooters Tour.
